I am an IT professional with over two decades of experience in the industry, currently serving as the Infrastructure and Security Manager in the company where I work. My career has been characterized by managing and securing IT infrastructure, defining business strategies, and leading multidisciplinary teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Over the years I have led significant projects, such as obtaining ISO 27001 certification and implementing the Cobit 5 framework for information systems management. My daily activities include overseeing SOCs and NOCs, managing SLAs, and adopting internal and external controls to ensure systems security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prior to this position, I held key positions with other groups both nationally and internationally, gaining expertise in managing server farms, ERP systems, and implementing enterprise security solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
